WHAT IS A DRINK SPECIFICATION?
Visibility over high loads is no longer a problem, thanks to Hyster High Operator cabs. Operator seat raised by 500mm for Diesel / LPG machines and options 350mm or 450mm for electric machines, also possible with side battery drain.

High loads, such as bottle boxes, cans, or stacked barrels, reduce the operator's visibility when driving forward. When reversing, operators look backwards for long periods of time, possibly causing fatigue and affecting the operator's performance. We know that.
At Hyster® we also know how to overcome these challenges. When the driver's seat is raised, the driver can see above the top of the load being carried forward while driving forward.
The High Position Operator option allows the height of the driver's seat to be increased by 500mm in 2-5.5t Internal Combustion Forklifts, while there are three options available for 2.2-3.5t electric forklifts.
- The chassis of the electric forklift is raised by either 350mm or 454mm.
- Increases by 350 mm on the side battery drive.

Hyster®'s solution to this is to offer operators a swivel seat. This gives 15 ° rotation to the right side and thus can relieve possible strain on the operator's body. The integration of a reversing handle, located on the right rear of the cab, allows the operator to stabilize when turning in this direction. The handle also has a very handy horn button mounted on it, so the operator does not have to take his hands off the steering wheel to press it.

The beverage industry is known for its demand for fast loading times, as shipping is costly and loading slots are pre-registered.
To ensure maximum productivity, pallet loads are transferred in groups of two, three or even four at a time. To do this, Hyster® can offer multiple factory-installed load handling attachments at the same time as building the vehicle.
Fully adjustable flow rates via the Hyster® dashboard create a complete truck and attachment match for optimum performance. This reduces the heat generated in the hydraulic oil system, as only the desired amount of oil flow, guided by the component, is used.
Meyer Double Pallet Parts, which are installed during the machine manufacturing process, reduce dealership costs and offer the added advantage of a 2-year / 4000-hour warranty on the part.

Metal Barrels and Metal Barrel Tweezers
But not all metal barrels are transported on pallets. Typically in the UK, 20, 30 and 50 liter barrels are handled with barrel tweezers. This way of handling barrels eliminates the need and cost for pallets when stacking or loading into blocks and can carry up to 18 x 50 liters or 24 x 30 liter barrels at any time.
